This established fashion retailer is looking a store manager to join them and help oversee the running of their store in Woking. The particular site itself is performing very well and they have a strong team in there so they are looking for someone to come in and maintain the high standards. Situated in a busy place with plenty of football , the main responsibility of the store manager is to oversee the running of the store. The main responsibility of the store manager is to maximise sales opportunities. Other responsibilities include: Recruitment , training and developing staff Motivating the staff through training etc Providing exceptional customer service to increase sales but also increase customer loyalty Administrative duties including safety and hygiene checks Merchandising the store Engaging with the local community with events and marketing etc The business is known for their progression and implements a fast track programme for their managers who are looking to progress quickly and see themselves growing within the business.
