Clark James Recruitment are working with a leading Estate Agency brand in Bristol. Due to further expansion within the business, our client are keen to recruit a Property Manager to join the team. Role Dealing with phone inquiries and ensuring regular communication with landlords. Monitor repair requests and making sure these are dealt with quickly. Chase overdue rent. Monitor references. Candidate Some experience in Property Management and a knowledge of the legal requirements of lettings. Ability to work effectively in under pressure situations. Possesses excellent customer service skills. Demonstrate strong administrative and IT skills. Package Salary up to £23,000. Weekdays only - 9am-5:30pm. Excellent career progression.
