As a Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with establishing and maintaining key relationships with a portfolio of IT clients across your area. You will be a self motivated, go-getter that would enjoy achieving and exceeding daily targets around client engagement, business development, market mapping, creating new connections, growing and maintaining current relationships and supporting clients with strategic decisions around their team growth, recruitment methodology and short and long-term strategies. You will work closely with an experienced and successful IT team based in Ipswich, who will be focused on managing the candidate side of the recruitment process, allowing you to be totally client facing in this position, continuously striving to create new opportunities to grow the IT business. In order to be successful in this role, you will have a pro-active and flexible approach with an articulate and engaging manner. You will be confident reaching out to new and current clients and would be excited by the prospect of focusing solely on business development and client engagement. You will thrive on being challenged to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets that will contribute to the success of your role and the wider team, being able to adapt your style and approach to ensure a positive client experience. It is not essential that you have previous experience working within the technology sector, however you should be able to demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and experience within business development or account management would be ideal.
