Overview
Recruitment Resourcer, South Cambridge - We are seeking a Resourcer for an expanding recruitment company based in South Cambridge. As a Resourcer within a dedicated, friendly and personable resourcing team you will work alongside the sales team in this fast-paced, proactive and growing search and selection organisation to continue to deliver the service, for which they are nationally renowned. You will be responsible for ensuring various stages of the search process are carried out in accordance with our internal standard as well as the high expectations set by our clients in order to find appointable candidates, secure applications and ultimately assist with appointing Senior Leader positions. Roles and Responsibilities will include: Collating information for candidates into a brochure Arranging advertisements Arranging documentation for assignments you are associated with Executive search/Headhunting potential candidates Arranging visits Assisting with shortlisting procedure Experience/Skills sought in the successful candidate: Excellent written and verbal communication Strong interpersonal skills (and a sense of humour) Positive 'can do' attitude Ability to 'think outside of the box' and to go the extra mile. Ideally candidates will come with some recruitment experience, although candidates with sales experience will also be considered. Due to their location this role is commutable from Cambridge, Royston, Ely, Newmarket, Haverhill, Sawston, Bury St Edmunds and St Neots.
