Overview
Our client is a growing and successful retail brand with hundreds of stores across England. They have a fantastic culture that puts colleague engagement and the community at the heart of their operation. As a Store Manager you will be encouraged to lead from the front and really own your store, make the important decisions that effect trade, service and standards. As with all Store Manager positions you will have the accountability of financial, customer, operational and people KPI's but we are looking for is an inspirational leader that will really own the people agenda and take the store team forward. This is a very busy convenience store so you must be able and enjoy working at pace We are looking for someone with experience in convenience or supermarket retail or other fast paced retail and hospitality that has proven capability of leading a team of people of 15. You will be passionate about service, standards and be able demonstrate delivering through your people. Salary is up to £28,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
