New & Used Car Sales Manager - Dealership - Beaconsfield Location: Beaconsfield Salary: Up to £35k basic OTE £55k Our dealership client is looking for a procative Sales Manager to head up their Sales team You’ll need to be motivated, resilient and dedicated to ensure you inspire your team to get the best results and maximum profitability from vehicle, finance, insurance and accessory sales. Key Sales Manager Responsibilites: · In collaboration with other managers, seek to identify and connect with new customers and markets - as well as existing customers. · Efficiently plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls. · Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved to deadline, achieving optimum economy and the highest-possible levels of customer satisfaction.
