Job Title - Sales Manager Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Location -Borehamwood Salary - £30,000 to £33,000 per annum Bonus and amazing package including 25 days holiday that increases each year (up to 30) holiday plus bank holidays and an amazing benefits package Our client is ranked one of the best companies to work for and we couldn’t agree more. They value their staff and are renowned for their customer service Duties Coaching, mentoring and training a team of 4 sales account managers Responsible for delivering teams commercial outcomes and target Leading by example; account managing a small portfolio of clients; identifying new product opportunities, cross selling and upselling Work closely with the senior head of business to ensure delivery of the required CRM activity Personal attributes & Experience: A minimum of 2 years previous management experience within a sales focussed environment A strong ability to motivate a team to deliver great results Proven sales/account management experience within a commercial B2B environment Good working knowledge of salesforce Outgoing, fun, dedicated and passionate Crisp Recruitment Ltd is a local recruitment consultancy firm based in Borehamwood.
