Property Manager

An independent Estate and Letting Agents are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team in Alton. Working within a small Lettings Support & Property Management team, responsibilities will include - Dealing with repairs and maintenance issues Managing the renewals process Processing rents and chasing arrears Process contractor invoices Conducting mid term property inspections Negotiating and arranging the return of deposits To be considered for this position, experience working within property management is essential. You’ll be a good communicator, have strong administration skills and be able to prioritise a busy workload. Up to date knowledge of Lettings legislation is preferred. Working Hours - Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Salary - £22,000 - £24,000, plus monthly car allowance, plus bonus. Please note, a driving licence and own transport is a requirement for this position.
