Recruitment Consultant - Entry Level My client is currently hiring for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant Sales experience and / or degree required Immediate start - 3 positions available. The Role: A Recruitment Consultant will be the vital link between a candidate and a client. Sourcing candidates, screening CVs, meeting candidates face to face Headhunting and attending assessment days to select high calibre candidates Liasing with business Directors to build client base and ensure great client relationships Attending networking events to build client and candidate base Key Factors: A fast- paced, fun working environment Competitive; weekly / monthly incentives for top billers Travel opportunities to explore European / International markets Uncapped commission. Basic salary comms per placement. £40 - £45K OTE Year 1.
