Inside Sales Account Manager

I have partnered up with a growing company based in Maidstone who are looking for business development consultants to join their growing team The company specialise in in specialist industrial cleaning and pride themselves in a quick service and peace of mind. The role will include Providing quotes to customers Discussing customers issues and how you can provide services to support them Ensuring you deal with sensitive matters correctly and be understanding Breaking down the quotes and explaining this breakdown to your customers Ensuing you provide excellent customer service at all times Answering incoming calls always ensuring you are upselling the company’s products and services Chasing up leads Managing accounts and developing existing relationships The role generally will be 80% incoming calls therefore isn’t a cold calling/call centre environment The ideal candidate Looking for scope to progress within a company Has a proven sales background and can evidence their success Hard working and reliable Has excellent customer service skills Works well on their own as well as in a team Must be a car driver due to location Money hungry and looking to develop their career and earning potential If you are interested about this role and have a sales background please apply below.
