A Recruitment Consultant / Temporaries Controller is sought by Champion Recruitment to join our team in Central Oxford and handle temporary staff recruitment within one of our specialist Divisions. As Recruitment Consultant / Temporaries Controller, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team and to put your personal stamp on the recruitment desk, where you will be responsible for: Generating fees and maximising the profitability of your own specialist market Pro-actively developing relationships with your clients through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and providing a high quality recruitment service Identifying and developing new clients through commercial/telesales activity Extensive direct marketing of candidates and recruitment solutions to your clients Interviewing a wide variety of candidates and providing a consultative service to find them the right job Matching the best candidate to your jobs in a consultative, professional and efficient manner As Recruitment Consultant / Temporaries Controller, you will ideally demonstrate experience within recruitment together with the following:- Strong persuading and influencing skills Tenacity, resilience and the ability to work under extreme pressure Total dedication to provision of the highest standard of Customer Service The ability to succeed in a fast moving, competitive sales environment In return we offer the successful Recruitment Consultant / Temporaries Controller a competitive salary, together with the ability to earn commission through effective recruitment sales and 25 days holiday per year ( Bank Holidays).
