Overview
£18k basic OTE £35k - £45k Our client, a hugely growing environmentally friendly company, is looking for a driven and motivated Sales Executive to join their team. As part of the sales team, you will be working with warm leads, and also account management clients giving the best level of service. You will have previously worked in a sales environment or a telesales environment, with a proven track record of achieving results and are used to working with targets and KPIs. Car driver required due to location. Duties include Liaise directly with customers primarily as a result of inbound leads Preparation of and follow up on customer quotes Input, update and maintain accurate records relating to customer communications, leads and other data on business CRM in order to maximise business opportunities Produce and deliver to Sales Director accurate sales pipeline data Ensure full compliance with FCA as well as other relevant legislative requirements for the business. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and customer retention by supporting customers throughout the sales process through to delivery and after sales service Be fully conversant with all aspects of finance plans and finance packages that are available to customers and be able to discuss these in detail with customers. Manage own workload effectively and within the operating policies of the company Ongoing account management of existing customers. Skills/Experience Previous experience in a sales role Passion for selling and account management Excellent telephone manner Strong attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Focused, determined, motivated Previous working knowledge of FCA regulations is a bonus Please note that we will only contact those candidates that we assess as suitable for the positions we have currently available based on their experience, training and skills.
