Then we want to hear from you An opportunity has been created for a Training Sales Executive at one of the UK's leading Express Courier brands. They are eager to speak with driven and motivated individuals with a passion for getting into a sales role and will provide all the training required for you to succeed. Salary is £18-19k to start with, plus a commission package, meaning an OTE of £25k in year 1. This role has excellent career progression opportunities, regular salary reviews and a comprehensive commission bonus package. The Role: You will be responsible, once trained, for developing the business of this brand into companies in West London, who use courier / logistic companies on a regular basis. Someone who is a natural rapport-builder with a desire to over-achieve would be perfect for this opportunity; a Graduate looking to develop their career would also be desirable. The office is based in Stanwell Moor, near Heathrow, where you would normally work from when not on client visits. There, you will have a small team with a wealth of experience to guide and develop you in your career. The Client: An air express courier company based in Stanwell Moor, near Heathrow. Fun and dynamic environment to work in. A focused customer base within Central London from a variety of industries including; finance, fashion, media, art, publishing and IT. The Ideal Candidate: A well-educated individual. Strong written and verbal skills. Punctual and polite. Hungry for success. Articulate, charismatic and presentable. Be able to take rejection from potential new customers. An individual with a persuasive nature, mature and adaptable to different business environment dynamics. Good mathematical understanding. A competent understanding of world geography. A 'go getter' who will make up to 100 telephone calls a day when in the office. Enjoys visiting Central London. Has a consultative approach to business meetings and sales. Works well under the pressure of sales targets. Has a 'systematic' approach to a job role. Ability to organise your own diary. Responsibility of 'self-management'. Live's within 10 / 15 miles of London Heathrow Airport IT literate. Working hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. What will be provided? Full logistics' industry training. Basic salary will depend upon previous work experience / education grades. Generous commissions will follow in sales.
