The role is a hybrid role of customer success and new business. You will be responsible for a small portfolio of accounts as well as building your own portfolio from new business opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES As a Customer Success Executive your key duties will include: Onboarding new corporate customers Delivering meetings and demos with new prospective customers and their stakeholders Following up website leads and contacting new HR contacts in companies to target via LinkedIn, email and phone to secure meetings Educating and engaging existing users through emails, phone calls, meetings, events and webinars Building strong relationships with key influencers in the existing customer community to increase the number of monthly referrals Ensuring high levels of satisfaction delivered by the customer success processes and highlighting areas of possible improvement REQUIREMENTS To be considered for the role of Customer Success Executive, you must have: 1 years’ experience of B2B selling Exposure selling to senior HR contacts Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships An interest in self/people development and psychology Worked in a small, technology scale-up environment NEXT STEPS To become a Customer Success Executive , apply with your up to date CV.
