Permanent Recruitment Consultant Leeds, West Yorkshire £20,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary Comm Uncapped bonus structure Our client is a Yorkshire based recruitment consultancy business with a strong and well-established local presence. They are looking to expand the operation and they are looking for an experienced Perms Recruitment Consultant to join the team. This is a highly autonomous role where you will be expected to self-manage, be responsible for developing your own desk and will be tasked with increasing the client base overall perms revenue. You will need to be self-motivated, ambitious and capable of identifying business opportunities and developing long term relationships with all your contacts. Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential as is a confident personality. The ability to build relationships, plan, sell and provide solutions to problems is essential. You will be expected to provide excellent customer services to candidates and clients and will be tasked with building long-term relationships at all levels. If you are bright, ambitious, articulate, hard-working and a real people person this opportunity will provide you with a stimulating challenge which will constantly exercise and develop your personal qualities. You will have previous Recruitment Industry sales experience, a full UK driving licence, and will be looking for a long-term career move. Any recruitment industry sector experience will be considered with a preference going to candidates with a permanent recruitment background.
