Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator - Bloxwich - Up to £22k basic £30k Plus Package Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm Saturdays 9am to 1pm with time of in lieu My client is a multi disciplined Estate Agency with a strong presence and a sought after brand name. They are proud of their forward thinking and knowledgeable team who consistently offer excellent service and results for their clients. Due to my clients continued growth they are looking for an exceptional Senior Sales Negotiator to join their busy branch. Experience as a sales negotiator is essential along with a real drive an passions for sales and service. For the right candidate there is the option to also do listings/valuations Purpose of Role: The successful Senior Sales Negotiator for this role will be working in our client’s busy and successful branch. You will work closely with potential purchasers and tenants to ensure they are kept up to date with all possible properties that are for sale and let. You will also ensure you have made your clients aware of any other available products. • Current Estate Agency experience • Excellent communication skills • Accurate, numerate and computer literate • A team player with excellent organisational skills • You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
