The Role: Luxury Store Manager Location: Aberdeenshire Salary: Up to £28,000 bonus and benefits The Client A brand with a wealth of history and experience helping their customers find the right item to celebrate those special moments. With an incredibly varied product range this brand have grown exstensively over the last 3 years and would love someone to support their Aberdeenshire boutique continue to flourish. The Role Working in this Luxury Retailer will entail creating profitable top line sales by creating a sales and service culture in the store's. As turnover increases and the team develop being able to keep inspiring and motivating the team's to create revenue and future talent. Understanding how to measure daily sales performance and targets effectively to be fully accountable for all results across stock control, KPIs and performance management. The Candidate The caliber of candidate sought for this role will have experience in the Footwear/Fashion/Jewellery/Luxury industry. A track record of team training and development, a people focused manager who is able to motivate a team to go above and beyond for the consumer.
