Associate Partner, Architecture Permanent Tyne & Wear Your new company & role Hays are delighted to be working with a well-established and respected Architectural Firm who deliver first-class Architecture, Interior Design and Master Planning services to a wide-range of clients across a variety of projects and sectors. You will join a professional team, where you will, as an Associate Partner, be responsible for a Team of Architects & Technicians, and you will be working across large-scale Commercial and Education projects. You will have sole-responsibility for your team including programming, design and delivery ensuring that KPIs and quality is assured. The practice employs 120 staff nationally, with 25 of them being in the North East - so this office is integral to the success of the firm. If you're ready for a new challenge and to take your next step - please get in touch To succeed in this role, we are seeking: Part 3 RIBA qualified with at least 2 years experience Experience of working within a UK Practice and strong knowledge of the UK Building & Planning regulations The ability to manage various projects, attend site meetings and meet deadlines within timescales to a high standard.
