Overview
I am currently working with a household name within Residential Surveying as they look to add an Associate Residential Surveyor to their local team in Kilmarnock. With expansion plans moving to new offices opening up down South, the already 200 strong workforce is expected to increase considerably again this year. Your new company is one of the largest surveying consultancies in Scotland. They provide a range of comprehensive services to buyers, sellers, agents, investors, builders and others involved in the world of property. Your New role: The successful Associate Residential Surveyor will be able to undertake valuations required for mortgages, home buyer inspections, conditioning reports and a range of other responsibilities. You will be carrying out work for solicitors, estate agents, property investors, builders and developers, banks and building societies, as well as many private individuals. Therefore, your valuations and surveys will need to be focused on quality and getting it right first time. Key Skills: Relevant degree and professional membership (MRICS) You will have relevant industry experience working in a surveying practice Working knowledge of the current property market and economy Knowledge of the Ayrshire area would be beneficial but is not essential.
