Job Description Summary The applicant Sales Leader UK & Nordics takes sales responsibility to extend and expand BD Rowa’s strategic business field with pharmacies and pharmacy chains. Job Description Becton Dickinson Role: Sales Leader UK/I & Nordics Role Type: Full Time permanent The Sales Leader will be a vital player in the BD Rowa market, responsible for leading a team of territory managers, key account managers, sales support and after sales support. He or she will be responsible for public representation of the company to employees, customers, potential customers, partner companies, complementary companies, competitors and other market participants within the defined sales territory and market segment. Responsibilities: Initiation and planning regional sales meetings with sales staff Development and implementation of dedicated BD Rowa customers fairs in the distribution area together with BD Rowa Marketing Rating and consistency analysis of the opportunities in the CRM Opportunity Management Regular meetings with each sales representative regarding Sales funnel volume and consistency Preparation of orders and sales reports for actuals and Outlook divided by capital and annuity values and volumes Active support of the sales staff in acquiring new customers Active support of the sales staff in project acquisitions within existing customers Passive support of existing customers in terms of product / service quality problems Preparing and performing the quarterly internal distribution Reviews Implementation of goal and quota objectives for sales reps Implementation of quarterly targets reviews with each sales rep Establish and maintain relationships with customers cooperation, partner companies and complementary companies in the defined sales territory and market segment Active support in receivables management with respect to the internal bodies and the end customer in question to cut down on open claims to 0, - EUR for items> 30 days after the invoice due date Identification of sales opportunities outside the existing product portfolio and preparation of business cases for new developments and advancements (hardware, software, services) Close cooperation with the downstream marketing team for events, trade shows brochures, electronic communication media and other customer communications Work closely with the marketing team at upstream product (new) developments with regard to requirements definition (Product Policy), demand planning, distribution policy and price policy competence The applicant Sales Leader will be a pronounced seniority in the field of personnel management and excellent knowledge in the marketing of electro-mechanical equipment. The suitable candidate will be an expert with cost and price calculations in the areas of capital turnover and annuity sales, and has a keen understanding of Business Marketing regard to downstream marketing (communication) and upstream Marketing (Product Management). Skills & Competencies: Strategic planning in orders and sales by market and by revenue type Reporting of orders and sales targets and outlook Very good knowledge of marketing, costing, pricing and marketing of services (maintenance service, IMAC / R, Consulting) Excellent knowledge in sales quota and compensation models in connection with distribution target definitions (variable remuneration models) Strong interpersonal skills and empathy Relevant experience in the following areas: Sales Management Upstream Marketing (Product Management) Service Management (Service Operations)
