As part of this mission we are launching a new service to help customers track down old pensions. This is a huge problem for people - in the UK 25m people are paying into a pension and 50% of people can’t even name their pension providers  You will be the first pensions ‘detective’ working very closely with the Product manager of retirement. Your goal is to both help customers find their pensions and to work with the broader product team to find ways to systematise and automate the process so that we can provide the best possible ‘detective’ service at scale. This is a 3 month role, and is a great way to gain hands on experience in a fast growing ‘fintech’ company helping to build a brand new digital service.   You’ll be trying to work out the pension provider for a broad range of employers, using a wide variety of sources, including calling employers, desk research, reading company accounts, etc. All the time you will be looking at ways to make this process more efficient, and ultimately into a service that we can scale to 100,000s of customers.  What You’ll Do Work directly for the product manager responsible for retirement across a range of tasks, including: Running pension provider searches against employers as customers request these Liaising with customers to keep them up to date of progress and ask for any additional information we require Work with the broader pensions operations team to ensure that we can help customers all the way through the process of locating and transferring pensions to Moneybox Work with the product manager to find ways to systematise and automate the search process where possible  Who You Are A driven, ambitious individual who’s looking to start their career at an exciting very fast growing company - this could be an ideal role for someone who wants to eventually work in the broader area of product management.  Someone with an analytic approach and ‘can do’ problem-solving attitude to help make sure we do everything we can to help track down a customer’s pension Customer-focused and able to communicate sometimes complex concepts to customers in a friendly manner.
