Overview
We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. Taking overall responsibility for effective client relationships in terms of service levels, integration, output and client service teams Ensuring the planning process is delivered end to end, mobilising appropriate resources from across the network to develop strategic, integrated, consumer focused solutions to client business challenges Truly understanding the nature of your clients’ business and identifying market and consumer dynamics that directly affect a client’s business and highlighting the implications Simplifying and humanising data and information to tell simple, clear stories to our clients Ensuring that all administration associated with a campaign is kept up-to-date and that all team members adhere to this Regularly using Source (our massive multiplayer live planning game) to develop strategies, ideas and effective channel plans Nurturing a positive team spirit Attracting, retaining and developing great people Driving revenue across client accounts and supporting business growth initiatives Developing annual budgets and resource plans Achieving client satisfaction and financial targets Building strong relationships across the agency network You will have the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and agency partners alike You will have a strong background in strategic planning and develop consumer insight led planning to help develop activation ideas that are creative, innovative and push the boundaries. You’ll have an innate curiosity and a willingness to share ideas, thoughts and insights with your team and clients Commercial acumen – you will manage and grow client relationships The ability to inspire clients and teams through leadership and your work You’ll be energetic, determined and proactive You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills (written and oral), attention to detail and numerical ability Excellent people management and leadership skills
