Overview
A new opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager to work with a leading marine organisation based on the South Coast. This is a terrific opportunity for a Sales Manager to join a world leading brand to help drive the development of new business and support existing accounts. The role of Sales Manager will report into the Director of Sales and encompass the following: Manage a team of sales co-ordinators to guide and develop a tight knit unit Create and implement sales strategies including outward phone targets Report on sales and new business opportunities Ensure stock availability is sufficient to satisfy orders Work with the wider business to ensure training and development within the sales team stays current with new products As the Sales Manager we are looking for the following background: Ideally educated to degree level with prior business experience A background and knowledge of the marine industry would be beneficial Good management skills with strong communication Good general IT skills This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a forward thinking company and comes with a strong basic and bonus opportunity.
