Overview
Chartered Quantity Surveyor - 6 Months - Immediate Start - Cardiff Vivid are currently working with an NHS Trust in Cardiff who are looking to bring in a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. You will come into the trust and work on their Estates Development Programme. You will be a member of MRICS or MCIOB. The trust have gone through some big changes within the estates team and have a new strategy that will be in place for the next few years. You will be responsible for leading on the provision of capital related business case scrutiny comments in order to inform capital investment decisions aimed at improving the NHS Wales estate. You will also oversee delivery stage activity to check compliance with original cost and other related business case parameters.
