CONTRACT SALES MANAGER including Chesham Leisure Centre, Chalfont Leisure Centre and Chiltern Pools Competitive salary From 1st April 2020, Our client will begin the management of leisure centres owned by Chiltern District Council. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual, an experienced manager with a proven track record of strong leadership and commercial success. Chiltern Pools will operate until September 2021 where a state-of-the-art centre will be replacing the current site which will include an 8-lane 25m pool, diving pool with movable floor, splash pad, 4-court sports hall, studios, gym, climbing wall, Clip ’n Climb, soft play, café and a number of community facilities such as a library. If you are highly motivated, with excellent leadership skills and possess the ability to create promotional campaigns to help increase our membership base, then we want to hear from you. We’ll also need you to achieve monthly membership and income targets, as well as taking a proactive approach to increasing our online membership base, use data to analyse key performance indicators and be able to lead and motivate your team to exceed their targets.
