An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated Inbound Marketing Coordinator, with experience in a busy administrative or telesales function. This is a pivotal position which drives marketing and sales performance in a fun and fast-paced B2B environment. The successful applicant will have a core focus on the handling, management and reporting of new business sales leads. Acting as the first point of contact to potential customers, it is crucial we give an excellent first impression through detailed product knowledge and a professional approach. The role comes with significant potential, to learn, grow and progress within the company. This role works closely with several teams, including Marketing, Sales, Agencies and other internal departments. The hours of work are 8.30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role offers a well-organised and enthusiastic individual the opportunity to take ownership of the businesses inbound sales enquiries while supporting the wider team through several key activities. Position Overview * First point of contact for all inbound leads website & phone. * Marketing-level qualification of opportunities, actively booking sales appointments * Conducting essential pre-sales activity including the completion of credit reports * Managing, logging, distributing and reporting on all sales leads through the company CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) * Following up with prospect data for additional opportunities * Administrative tasks within CRM, including email marketing data management, data imports, lead assignment, updating product base and record owner management * Data analysis and reporting for the Head of Marketing * Additional administrative responsibilities for the marketing department, including logistical planning, event coordination and stock management * Joining an enthusiastic and high performing marketing and sales function Required Skills & Experience * Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential * Previous experience in a customer orientated role is essential * Previous experience in an office administrative capacity * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint * Experience in working with CRM databases, i.e. Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage * Degree level education is an advantage * Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills * An individual with a high degree of self-motivation with the ability to operate effectively under pressure * Must be numerate and literate Express Vending is a premium provider of workplace refreshments to businesses in London and the surrounding areas.
