Our client is an established and very successful independent commercial insurance broker and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Commercial Insurance Administrator. The Role: The successful candidate will join the renewals team and you will work in a fast paced environment which, collectively, services a large client base accross the UK. The renewal administrator will provide effective administrative support to the commercial sales team. * Checking policy documents (including endorsements) for accuracy prior to receipt by clients * Process correspondence, Mid Term Adjustments, renewals, pre-renewal activity, quotations and computer input as required You will be personally responsible for servicing your designated clients on a day to day basis, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure policy renewal. Candidate: You will have at least 3 years experience in commercial insurance experience whether it be renewals, sales, business development or claims. Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm Benefits: 28 days annual leave Free Parking Pension
