Lettings Negotiator - £15-17K Basic £40K OTE Our client is one of the market leaders in the Hampstead area. Our high end client is seeking a driven and intelligent Lettings Negotiator to join their expanding team to let their extensive portfolio of properties. The ideal Lettings Negotiator candidate will be accomplished at negotiating lettings contracts with both landlords and tenants and have a strong personality to deal with the nature of the role. The ideal candidate will have 1 years Lettings Negotiator experience. The candidate must be well spoken, highly articulate and be driven to succeed. In return our client is more than happy to pay a generous basic salary and a strong commission structure.
