Retail Travel Manager Bolton

Retail Travel Manager - required for an established Independent Travel Agency based in the Bolton Area. You will be providing an exceptional service, selling a wide variety of packaged and tailor made holidays both face to face and by phone . You will lead , motivate and support a small team of Travel Consultants to achieve personal and business targets . This role offers a basic salary dependent on experience up to £20,000 plus bonus and the opportunity to go on FAM trips Worldwide Retail Travel Manager Responsibilities: Managing and leading a team of Travel Consultants Maximising sales and customer holiday experience by suggesting excursions, upgrades etc Providing exceptional service to clients Provide expert travel advice on worldwide destinations and products Strive to exceed revenue targets Retail Travel Manager Skills : Previous experience ether working as a Retail Travel Manager , Assistant Retail Travel Manager or experienced Senior Consultant Proven experience in a targeted sales role within a travel environment Previous experience working in a Travel Agency, Travel Call Centre OR Cruise Sales Genuine interest in the travel industry First hand Worldwide Travelling knowledge Excellent customer service skills Retail Travel Manager Additional Information : Competitive basic salary and commission structure offered Educational Trips to Worldwide destinations If you are interested in the position of Retail Travel Manager please apply online or email your CV to rachel candm.co.uk .
