Trainee Sales Negotiator - New Homes Peterborough; Various sites £14,000 - £17,000 Commission up to £35,000 Howells Solutions are working with one of the UK's Largest National House Builders. Based in Peterborough who are seeking permanent Trainee Sales Advisor Staff. You do not need to have new homes experience as the Developer will train this. To be considered for this role you must have experience in a customer facing role and have excellent customer service skills as well as a passion to succeed. Ideal backgrounds; Estate Agency, Cabin Crew, Makeup/Beauty Counter Staff, Retail Workers. This is a Thursday through to Monday role which includes every weekend. Days off are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Job: As a New Build Sales Advisor you will be showing visitors around the complex and answering any questions about the development. Presenting the Show Home and Landscaping in the best light and to the highest standard. Building excellent customer and potential customer relationships both face to face and over the phone with your outgoing personality and through regular contact as well as updates on promotions. Progressing sales through banks, building societies and estate agents in a confident and professional manner Updating customer records on COINS and assisting with closing of sales and deposit taking.
