We help enterprise level clients source experienced technology talent across Sales, IT, Operations and Marketing… and we’re really good at it You don’t have to have any experience in technology or sales to be successful in this post. Most of the current team have come from graduate backgrounds or people looking to start a career in sales and recruitment. Progression is at the forefront of the company and you could see yourself progress into an Associate Consultancy role or team leadership quickly if you excel in the role. You will be responsible for looking after an existing client base, helping to provide the best possible service, placing successful candidates into national and international roles. This position include a mixture of working from the Leeds office and client site where necessary. Responsibilities include: Working with some of the world’s leading technology brands Finding and meeting with a wide range of candidates and professional contacts across the UK Maintaining relationships and growing your knowledge of target clients/customers. Find and qualify talent to reduce our client’s time-to-hire Forecasting pipeline against achievable but challenging goals What are we looking for? Hard workers…. Creative thinkers….
