Business Development Manager Thetford £28,000 OTE Are you a passionate Business Development Manager, looking for an exciting new role? Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Thetford working as part of their Sales team. As Business Development Manager you will develop and win new business within the Commercial Vehicle Parts department. Principle Responsibilities for the Business Development Manager:- Maintain existing relationships to ensure repeat business. Identify sales leads, develop and win new business. Hit targets and continue to drive the business forward. Ensure customers and client are well looked after and to resolve any issues. Person specification:- Have previous Sales/Business Development experience within Commercial Vehicle Parts. Be an experienced negotiator and be comfortable with Cold Calling. A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office to include Microsoft Excel Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads whilst in a busy environment Good communication and inter personnel skills Team player This is a full time permanent Business Development Manager position, 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, offering an annual salary of £28,000 OTE plus annual company benefits to include holiday pay plus bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
