Our client is a respected firm with an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing, commercial real estate and social housing property. The firm now seeks to appoint an experienced property lawyer with a minimum of 3 years pqe to work predominantly in managing the sales of affordable homes. You will provide high-quality services to a varied portfolio of clients in the knowledge that your role working with charity housing providers can make a real difference to people's lives. With strong experience of handling residential property sales and/or social housing conveyancing, you'll join a specialist team focusing on property acquisition and disposal for more than 60 Registered Providers across the country. This is an excellent and unique role which will allow you to utilise your conveyancing sales experience as well as your client management and leadership skills.
