Overview
Excellent opening for a corporate partner to join the Birmingham office of this progressive, forward-moving national law firm. Our client has a strong reputation for corporate law and is home to a team which handles high-quality transactional work including high-value corporate M&A, private equity and financing work. In line with the firm's plan to invest in strengthening its successful Birmingham office, the firm is keen to appoint an ambitious corporate partner to lead the firm's corporate business in the Midlands. This role would suit an existing partner already practising in the Midlands and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Midlands from another centre or London. As an experienced corporate deal maker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive incremental growth in the corporate team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.
