The Junior Account Executive be the focal point for both new and existing clients to save them time and money by helping them to manage their electricity, gas and water utility accounts . The role combines an interesting mix of numerate, technical and customer facing work. sometimes fast paced and sometime times detailed and careful. Apply for the Junior Account Executive today Key responsibilities: Liaising with clients via telephone, email and face-to-face Developing an understanding of each client’s unique needs Analysing consumptions and cost data and producing reports Negotiating utility supply contracts Analysing utility invoices for errors Raising and resolving disputes with suppliers Calculating charges for client’s tenants and annual budget forecasts Meeting with utility suppliers to improve relationships and learn about new products Skills and experience required: Minimum 2:1 in a numerate; engineering or scientific degree Able to work independently & support others Organised and a good problem solver Hard working with a strong work ethic, and takes responsibility for quality of own work Professional, presentable, reliable & meets deadlines Committed to delivering excellent service to customers Excellent communication skills
