SALES PROGRESSOR NEEDED URGENTLY DO YOU HAVE PROPERTY EXPERIENCE WITHIN RESIDENTIAL SALES SALARY £20,000 - £25,000 DOE MONDAY TO FRIDAY My client, a quality, well established multi branch independent estate agents are looking for a SALES PROGRESSOR to be based in their busy branch in EWELL. They are looking for someone with at least 2 years experience in the industry and have experience and enjoy progression. Your key responsibilities will include: Sales progression - progressing the sales to completion Liasing with solicitors, mortgage lenders, surveyors, vendor and purchasers Checking the chain is complete Providing weekly reports on pipeline Administration Key Skills: Estate Agency experience and progression essential Good knowledge of the residential sales process Good communication and IT skills Confident and articulate Self-motivated and organised High service levels and good attention to detail If this job is of interest call today in the strictest of confidence as it won’t be around for long.
