The Role This is a TELE SALES role; Respond to inbound leads, by way of phone call and emails, from our leads sources in no longer than 2 hours of the lead being received; Carry out Sales Consultancy the office location by phone, email and video meetings; Take sufficient information from leads in order to provide them an accurate information for services; Calculation of fee proposals; Proper project handover call, briefing client and project team on the project processes and expected timeframes; Benefits and perks Working in a high paced environment in a tropical country you can expect to start your day Mon -Fri 12.30hrs- 22.00hrs, with a focus on culture, this role will see you using your sales skills to achieve targets whilst being rewarded with an uncapped commission structure OTE £100,000 , plus incentives and much more. Due to the client being based in Asia the role will also comes with flights and accommodation. Skills and experience Previous experience in selling, and closing sales over the telephone is a MUST Ability to build rapport with clients Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Excellence in Communication, Presentation, and Professionalism You must have ENERGY, be Competitive, and Confident Well Organised/Quick Learner Money Motivated, Aggressive, High Earner Mentality Telephone Sales Closing Experience in any industry Exhibit a high-performance mindset The initial interview will include these questions: Why do you want to work overseas? How many years experience do you have as a sales consultant? Do you have experience in a sales role? Do you have experience working towards targets and KPIs?
