Overview
Exciting opportunity for a Zund Operator, Service Engineer / Technical Specialist with knowledge of Zund machines, looking to step into a customer-facing field-sales role. You may already be a Sales Engineer seeking the prestige & recognition associated with selling a prestigious industrial brand, coupled with the money-earning potential of our open-ended quarterly sales commission scheme. ZERO COLD CALLING REQUIRED BASIC SALARY: £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable for the right candidate) BENEFITS: UNCAPPED Commission Paid Quarterly (Year 1 OTE Commission £10,000, uncapped; Year 2 OTE Commission £20,000) Car Allowance (£300 Per Month) 25 Days Annual Holiday Company Pension (5% Company Contribution) Private Healthcare (for Employee & Family) Life Assurance Cover Laptop & Mobile Phone LOCATION: This is a field-based role and the sales territory is Northern England & elements of the Midlands, we welcome applications from applicants based in and around a variety of locations with excellent road networks including: Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Cambridge, Nottingham, Northampton, Sheffield, Leicester, Derby, Sheffield, Stoke, Coventry REQUIREMENTS: Technical Sales Engineer/Field Sales/Zund Operator - Capital Equipment: Formula 1, Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, Composites, Print, Packaging, Graphics, Technical Textiles We are seeking applications from ambitious: Zund Operators, Service Engineers, Sales Support (with knowledge of Zund machines), or Technical Account Managers/Sales Engineers, looking to work in a customer-facing field-sales role. If you are already a Technical Sales Engineer, you will have sold into (or are selling within), any of the following sectors: Formula 1, Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, Composites, Print, Packaging, Graphics, Technical Textiles No previous sales experience required as full training offered Well-educated, charismatic and professionally-minded with integrity. JOB SPECIFICATION: Technical Sales Engineer/Field Sales/Zund Operator - Capital Equipment : Formula 1, Motorsport, Automotive, Aerospace, Composites, Print, Packaging, Graphics, Technical Textiles This is a consultative sales role and after an extensive training & development programme at our HQ, you will be telephoning existing customers through our Salesforce CRM system and booking warm appointments to visit & cross-sell our high-value capital equipment solutions (or associated software), into a various types and sizes of manufacturing companies.
