Car Sales Executive - Gloucester Benefits : £15,000 basic, £45k OTE, company car, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, excellent training and progression opportunities We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to work for a main dealership based in Gloucester. We ideally need someone that has previous experience working within a dealership and has sold new or used cars, with an outstanding track record. But as there are 4 other very strong and experienced sales advisors already within the business, we are open to hungry sales individuals looking to get into their first sales role in the motor trade. Key Responsibilities: Selling new and used vehicles Up/cross selling Finance and Insurance Products Meet and Exceed sales targets Providing an exceptional customer experience Organise the sale and delivery of vehicles to customers Desirable Qualifications / Experience: Previous experience within a dealership selling new or used cars Arrange and take test drives Ability to negotiate prices of vehicles and trade in's Easily present figures and contracts to customers Ability to understand customers' requirements and needs Proven experience in up/cross selling finance and insurance and aftersales services Great communication skills and outgoing personality Drive and determination, self-motivated Top rate organisational and multi-tasking skills Package: Basic Salary of £15,000 Uncapped bonuses available (£45,000 OTE) 22 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Pension Cycle to Work Scheme Staff discount on servicing and parts Life Assurance Excellent training and progression opportunities Interested?
