When you start at HAYS, you will join our Associate programme where you will have the opportunity to be hands on from day one. With a mixture of ‘at desk’ and classroom training, you will be supported to develop quickly to give you the confidence you need to succeed. You will manage the end to end recruitment process; nurture new and existing client/candidate relationships, advertise jobs, source the most suitable candidates for your clients and assist your candidates in finding their next career move.
