Position - B2B Lead Generation Executive Salary - £25K to £30K OTE (Uncapped) Excellent Benefits and a real Career Progression Opportunity Location - Glasgow My current client is a leading training organisation with clients across all sectors of business operating throughout the UK and Europe. They are currently seeking talented and dedicated B2B Lead Generation Executives; capable of generating qualified sales leads and appointments to pass to their account managers, to join their sales team at their prestigious Glasgow Offices. Responsibilities include: Completing daily call and weekly appointment targets - focusing on generation of new business and developing existing clients. Identify the client's requirements / training needs. Determine the client's propensity to buy and arrange a suitable appointment for the Account Management team. Effectively record all telemarketing activity and provide accurate weekly reporting of the client pipeline and progressive outcomes. The successful applicant will likely possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes: Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic and results focused. Strong telesales & B2B lead generation experience. Exceptional all-round communication skills and well-versed at dealing with organisations across all sectors. Ability to consistently make a high volume of outbound calls working alongside the account management team. The ability to work autonomously to deliver results The ability to deliver accurate, clear and concise reporting. Experience of Salesforce CRM (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office is advantageous. There is a clear and achievable opportunity for progression into account management which will be based on performance and reviewed regularly Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm.
