Field Sales Executive - Hygiene Solutions Basic salary between £20,000 and £25,000 depending on experience. OTE £40,000 car allowance benefits Covering the Durham area Are you looking to break into field sales from telesales? Have some experience but need a change of sector? This is a great opportunity for someone with great sales ability to join an expanding company who are really investing in training and developing their teams. The OTE is uncapped and in year 2 is realistically well over £50,000 so if you're driven, enjoy new business and can close sales this is a fantastic role for you The Role: Selling hygiene services including air care, washroom solutions, mats and consumables to small to medium size businesses You'll be covering the DH postcode area and working from home 4 days a week. This is a new business position, you'll self generate your own appointments on a Monday from the office and then attend your meetings throughout the rest of the week while keeping your eyes open for new opportunities Working to a well structured day and with fantastic support from your Regional Manager to help you grow and develop Working Monday to Friday in a full time role The Person: You will have some sales experience but this could be internally based rather than field We want candidates with a passion for smashing targets and seeing as many people as possible Experience on the phone is needed as you are booking your own appointments You'll be living in the DH area so close to your patch without too much travel time We need personalities that will make an impact on customers and fantastic communication skills to go with that We don't mind if your sales experience is B2B or B2C as long as you're new business focused and determined to succeed A full UK driving license is needed The Package: A basic salary of between £20k and £25k is offered depending on experience The on target earnings for year 1 are between £40k and £45k but this is expected to rise above £50k in year 2 There is a car allowance of £325 a month Pension Mobile and tablet Great training and development with an opportunity to really earn This position is available immediately so please apply below and shortlisted candidates will be contacted within 48 hours Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
