Overview

I am recruiting for Business Development Executives £19,000 (OTE £21,000 to £22,000) to join a UK Leading Insurance Broker based in Bristol to start immediately. The Client Our client is a young, dynamic and client-focused company. They are seeking like-minded people to join and help to continue the sustained growth in professional indemnity insurance broking they have enjoyed to date. The Job As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for account management and development across a variety of clients. You will need to be self-motivated and have a positive attitude towards customers and their business requirements. You will also need to have excellent communication skills and a professional approach as well as basic IT skills. Key Responsibilities Developing & generating new business across end users and distribution sectors You'll be pro-actively contacting businesses on a 90% outbound basis Working towards and achieving KPI's CRM maintenance Any other reasonable duties If you have telesales experience in any industry it would be advantageous but my client is really looking for a candidate who is driven and passionate about starting a new exciting career as they offer lots of progression opportunities.
