A full time Trainee Recruitment Consultant job, Birmingham, £Basic- £17,100-£22,500 commission, business sales, career progression. Due to market growth we are looking for sales driven Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our successful business in Birmingham. Your new role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Hays in Birmingham, you will manage the full 360° Recruitment process. You’ll be managing the end to end recruitment life cycle, helping both our clients and candidates achieve a lasting impact. You will nurture existing relationships as well as winning new business. You will be contacting candidates with expert market knowledge, advertising roles, networking, using our market leading technology to search for candidates on our database, as well as providing consultative information to your clients.
