Your job is to work collaboratively to influence and coordinate our work across your locality. You will directly manage a team of locality colleagues and work in partnership with teams across our business. You will have responsibility for and contribute to the overall strategic direction and operational performance of your Locality. You will be accountable for a portfolio of approximately 10,000 homes and 25,000 customers. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and develop a locality, dealing with changing demands, delivering significant high standard of operations to meet strategic outcomes. • Be an inspirational leader of multi teams across 4 localities, supporting and developing colleagues so they thrive whilst delivering operational targets and supporting strategic goals. • Be a motivational change leader and developer/coach of high performing and engaged teams - adaptable and flexible with an ability to cope with uncertainty and change in a professional calm and efficient manner. • Have the gravitas to persuade and influence as well as nurturing key relationships through collaborative working and be an outstanding and highly respected internal and external relationship influencer and leader. • Ensure we manage our homes and other assets effectively to deliver value for money, integrated services and homes that enable people to thrive. • Exceptionally strong analytical skills and a clear communicator - capable of constructing and delivering clear ideas and concepts concisely and accurately for diverse audiences. • Appraise performance, address problems, manage resources, maximise efficiency and promote the development of best practice. • Effectively and commercially manage a budget About you: - Ability to turn strategic objectives into operational plans and delivery models - Ability to switch between a high level strategic view of the business and the operational detail - Ability to build and develop effective senior leaders through motivating and coaching - Ability to build robust performance management frameworks and indicators that ensure localities is on track to meet its business and strategic objectives - Be able to drive and have a full UK driving licence What's on offer: •£75,000 - £80,000 £5,150 car allowance • Up to 10% PRP • 27 days holiday (plus statutory bank holidays); • Up to 5 days holiday buy and sell • A choice of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes •£500 personal allowance to spend on your choice of things like private medical cover, dental treatment and gym membership.
