Overview
A Major National IFA is looking for a Sales Manager to run a team of planners in Scotland. You will be responsible for the leadership and direction and provide all advisers with support, motivation and coaching. The role will monitor revenue targets, dealing with compliance and be responsible for reviewing the client banks. Other duties will include: Setting clear business objectives Develop presentations for seminars Assisting advisers to grow client numbers Recruitment You will have been a successful IFA and already have experience of running a successful sales team.
