Job overview Working for Venatu as our Commercial and Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be tasked with the following duties: Supporting, developing and motivating your team Measuring and monitoring individual employee's performance Conducting weekly and monthly 121's Business development for commercial and contact centres Sourcing and successfully placing candidates into work.
