Our clienthas an exciting opportunity for a Property Sales Consultant to join the team based in Manchester. You will join them on a full time, permanent basis and receive a basic salary plus realistic OTE of £50 - £60k uncapped Do you; - Love selling and have a passion for property? - Excel at developing and maintaining long-term client relationships? - Want to work within a dynamic, talented and ambitious team? The Property Sales Consultant role: The role demands that as a consultant you become an expert in the properties that they represent and develop. As the majority of their opportunities are ‘off plan’, you will need to paint the picture of what a client should expect with the finished product and the way in which that property investment will work. Our client’s track record will help you in this, showing new investors how clients over the last 15 years have benefited. You should be friendly and open minded and be able to build relationships with clients both in the UK and from all over the world. These relationships are the cornerstone of your success within the company and the basis for all future business dealings. You will be provided with leads from our dedicated in-house marketing team and will demonstrate that these opportunities can be turned into sales. Full training is given in house and you will have work to targets and KPI’s, not only to meet the company’s need, but to develop personally as a sales consultant. Whilst no cold calling is necessary their strongest performers actively look for opportunities in their 60,000 opted-in database, in addition to benefitting from external marketing activities. What they’re looking for in their Property Sales Consultant: - A charismatic and determined individual, confident with opening calls, building rapport and closing sales over the phone and face to face - Comfortable dealing with high net worth individuals and an international client base - You should be smart in appearance and have a high attention to detail, not afraid to conduct face to face meetings and set the right impression - Property experience is desirable, but a proven sales record in any sales industry will be looked upon favourably - A full clean driving licence is required to perform this role.
