RMS - Resource Management Solutions are currently recruiting Sales Executives on behalf of our National client, based in County Durham This is a permanent position, which is an exciting opportunity to join a company who have a reputation for excellence and also who heavily invest in and reward their people. Working Hours are: Monday to Friday Notable benefits for this position include: 23 Days holiday PLUS holidays gifted at Christmas 3pm finish on a Friday Health Care Plan Long service awards ranging from £1000 worth of holiday vouchers for 2 years' service up to £10,000 for 10 years plus 10 days holiday Car benefit scheme Role Overview: The role will involve working in a vibrant, dynamic and electric environment making outbound B2B sales calls. Day to Day duties will include, but are not limited to: Making outbound telephone calls to prospective business customers Offering a range of services across our portfolio of "cost saving solutions", this would include procurement of waste, water, energy, business insurance and PDQ machines. Identifying the decision-maker within that company and through rapport building, identify/find a need for our services. Following up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects To be considered for this position you must: Must have sales experience, preferably in a cold calling telephone sales environment - this could be B2C or B2B Energy sector experience is preferred but not essential. Success in sales Be able to listen and question effectively, to overcome objections. Be able to work well under pressure and enjoy working to targets.
