Overview
The Role As a lettings negotiator the primary function of this role will be to match prospective tenants to the available properties on our database. It will be down to you to manage your own time and calendar to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding results. This is the primary responsibility for our new team member and their performance will be measured in this way. You must be an excellent communicator. You must have a confident and strong telephone voice. You must be well organised and be able to manage your own time. You must be confident meeting all different types of people face to face, and be presentable. You must be a strong negotiator. You must be target driven and able to deliver results. The suggested working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:30hrs and every other Saturday 10am-4pm. You must be living in or around London in order to travel to our offices and properties easily. Qualifications and Experience No qualifications are necessary but we are eager for a candidate who is currently working in the field of lettings with at least 12 months experience. Benefits Basic salary of £18k, plus commission (£30k to £40k OTE) - Negotiable, according to experience. Unique commission tier structure. Uncapped earning potential. 20 days holiday per annum. (Excl public holidays).
